The challenge is simple, the results change lives 

The time has come to challenge our idols, sporting heroes and celebrities to run 5K and share their times. We, the general public - can then head to the parks, the streets, or the dreaded gym and see who we can beat! The best thing is - the challenge is good for you! 

If the idols and celebrities are up for the challenge, they can also nominate someone else!
